Tovag is led harshly by the immortal Kas. It is a domain everlasting war with Cavitius, it's neighbouring domain.
Like Cavitius, the land drains the lives of it's inhabitants: those who live in Tovag age twice as fast than anywhere else.
Most people are unaware of this, and since most people die horribly in the war, outsiders rarely get the opportunity to notice the effect.
